Overview
Janu Dubai is a forthcoming development within Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architects Herzog & de Meuron. The project comprises a 150-key hotel alongside a collection of 57 private residences, each with its own layout, and is scheduled to open in 2029. The building's sculpted facade combines Janu's contemporary design language with Arabic architectural influences, and the site has uninterrupted views of the Burj Khalifa, close to the greenery of Zabeel Palace Gardens.
The development will include seven dining and entertainment venues, a wellness and fitness space covering 1,700 square metres, and the first Janu Club. Residences range from two to five bedrooms, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and private outdoor space. Owners will have access to the hotel's dining, social and wellness amenities, and residences are fully furnished and fitted by Aman Interiors.
DIFC places Janu Dubai close to Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Sheikh Zayed Road, with Dubai International Airport around 20 minutes away. Purchasing a residence qualifies owners to apply for UAE residency, subject to applicable legal requirements and government approvals.
