Overview

Domaine du Mas de Pierre sits outside Saint-Paul-de-Vence, in the hills above Nice, about thirty minutes from the coast. The estate is built around a group of Provençal bastides, with rooms arranged across two categories: 22 Superior Rooms, averaging 25 square metres, and 19 Deluxe Rooms, averaging 30 square metres. Both offer a choice of double or twin beds at 180 by 200 centimetres, a shower or bath, and a balcony, terrace or garden opening onto the estate's grounds.

The estate's dining runs across four venues: a Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant, a Mediterranean bistro, a bar, and Restaurant Le Lagon, a seasonal restaurant by the pool. Produce comes from the estate's own kitchen garden and from regional growers and vineyards, and each venue keeps to the same standard of service through the day, from lunch to late cocktails.

The spa covers 2,000 square metres, with 12 treatment rooms and a Duo Suite that has its own outdoor hammam and jacuzzi overlooking the gardens. Facilities include a heated indoor pool, a hammam, herbal and salt saunas, a Snow Cave and a hot tub, along with a fitness centre. Treatments use Cellcosmet and PAOMA products, and the wellness team, which includes osteopaths, naturopaths, dietitians, yoga instructors and sophrologists, also runs three- and five-day programmes built around themes such as sleep, digital detox, prenatal wellness and body contouring.
