Overview

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai occupies Wasl Tower on Albanny Street, just off Sheikh Zayed Road in the heart of Downtown Dubai. The hotel is about a 23-minute drive from Dubai International Airport, with private transfers available on request. Dining spans six venues: Yù & Mì, a bar and restaurant themed on Shanghai's Golden Era; Chitarra, an Italian restaurant; Noia by the Pool, a rooftop restaurant with a Greek menu and poolside terrace; The Lobby Lounge; LION, a fine grill inspired by Out of Africa; and Billionaire, which combines dining with theatrical performance. In-room dining runs 24 hours under chef Alfonso Crescenzo.

Wellness facilities occupy two levels, with twelve treatment rooms oriented to face sunrise or sunset, east-facing rooms for morning renewal, west-facing for evening restoration. The fitness centre uses Technogym equipment designed for Mandarin Oriental alongside Eleiko strength systems and a studio for mobility work. FIT Lab x Mandarin Oriental, a personal training programme founded by Ali and Nathalie Malik, operates here and at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai. A 25-metre outdoor lap pool sits on the 11th floor rooftop terrace, overlooking the Arabian Gulf, alongside vitality pools and spa suites. Stori'S, a hair salon by Fabrizio Pestorino, is also on site. Spa access is limited to guests aged 16 and over.

Accommodation ranges from Superior rooms to the Royal Penthouse. The Superior City View Room measures approximately 52 square metres, sleeps up to three guests, and comes with a choice of king or twin beds. Larger categories include Junior Suites, Two Bedroom Suites with kitchens and dining tables for six, and the Presidential Suite, which adds a separate study and a dining table for eight. The Royal Penthouse has a grand living area, a private balcony, an in-suite theatre, and a master bathroom with a Japanese marble bathtub.
