Overview
Marina Bay Sands sits on the waterfront in Marina Bay, Singapore, a four-minute walk from Bayfront MRT station. Its three hotel towers hold the newly redesigned Sands Collection, rooms and suites fitted with a bespoke Armoire stocked with speciality teas, fine wines and treats, a walk-in wardrobe and a spa-like bathroom with double vanities. Interiors use buffed calf leather, polished silver and book-matched marble floors.
The Sands Collection spans six categories. The Sands Premier Room and Sands Premier Studio average 45 and 70 square metres, each sleeping up to three guests in a king bed or two queens. The Sands Bay Suite, at 80 square metres, adds a separate living and dining area. The Sands Premier Suite runs from 95 to 130 square metres with one or two bedrooms and sleeps up to six. The Sands Family Suite, 85 to 145 square metres, has a kitchenette, washer and a children's room with bunk beds. The Sands Signature Suite, at 140 square metres, offers a choice of Media Room, Entertainment Den or Pool Room. Rooms look out over Gardens by the Bay, the city skyline or the sea.
Guests staying in the Sands Collection can use the SkyPark Infinity Pool, suspended 57 storeys above the city, and the SkyPark Observation Deck. Selected rooms and suites include access to The Club, which serves complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, evening beverages and canapés. The hotel runs more than 20 restaurants and bars, among them CUT by Wolfgang Puck, Waku Ghin, Jin Ting Wan, Maison Boulud and LAVO, alongside The Shoppes retail centre and a wellness programme of yoga, pilates, sound meditation and aqua-fitness classes held at Sands SkyPark.
