Nobu Hotel Muscat is planned for Yiti Beach, around 28 kilometres from Muscat's city centre. The development covers some 60,000 square metres and is listed by Nobu Hotels among its coming soon openings for the Middle East and Africa region. Once complete, it will hold 80 guest rooms alongside a signature Nobu Restaurant.
The site is planned to include full spa and fitness facilities, swimming pools and a beach club in the Nobu style. These facilities sit alongside the hotel itself rather than as separate standalone venues, forming a single beachside resort.

Eligible preferred amenities are applied wherever available, subject to the property at the time of stay, and are confirmed in your proposal.
