The Dubai EDITION stands in Downtown Dubai, directly across from Dubai Mall, on Dubai Fountain Street. The hotel was designed with LW Design Group and holds 275 guestrooms and suites, along with several food and beverage outlets, a pool, a spa and fitness centre, and event spaces that include meeting rooms and a flexible ballroom.

Dining centres on two venues. Duomo serves Italian cuisine in a room modelled on the Piazza del Duomo in Milan, with views toward the Burj Khalifa, a large crystal chandelier in the waiting area, Italian satvario marble and vaulted ceilings reaching 15 metres. It is open daily from 7:00am to 12:30am, with à la carte, aperitivo, business lunch, dessert, kids' and vegan menus. On the second floor, Thia Skylounge is an outdoor pool terrace with sun loungers and cabanas that runs from a relaxed daytime setting, with light fare, cocktails and shisha, into a cocktail lounge with live DJs by night. It opens daily from 10:00am to midnight.

The spa and fitness offer is compact. The Gym operates 24 hours, is fitted by Technogym and is complimentary for in-house guests. The Spa, also on the second floor, has three treatment rooms, including a couple's suite, and offers a range of treatments including a signature EDITION treatment. From Dubai International Airport, guests can arrange a private car through the hotel, take a taxi for about 15 minutes, or drive a route of around 40 minutes that includes toll roads. Valet parking is available on site.
