Overview

The Jeddah EDITION sits on the Jeddah Corniche, beside the Yacht Club & Marina and the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix circuit, a short drive from the city centre and the Red Sea Mall. It is the brand's third hotel in the Middle East and its first in Saudi Arabia, opened as EDITION's twentieth destination worldwide. The hotel has 63 rooms, including 11 suites.

The signature restaurant, Maritime, serves contemporary French-Asian food under chef Cédric Vongerichten, whose career has included a spell at the three-Michelin-starred El Bulli in Spain and a Zagat listing among the top 30 chefs under 30. It opens for breakfast daily, a Friday Sunsets Brunch, Saturday lunch served at the Lobby Bar, and dinner most nights until half past midnight. The Den, a cigar lounge behind teal velvet drapes, pours bespoke coffees and a drink called The Den Sour alongside light bites from Vongerichten's kitchen, with a private terrace for cigars under the stars. The Lobby Bar runs from ten in the morning until one at night, with afternoon tea on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and a terrace running the length of the building toward the Red Sea and the Floating Mosque. The Roof, a Mediterranean-style beach club on top of the hotel, overlooks the Red Sea, the Grand Prix circuit, the marina and the yacht club, with pool access by day and dinner service in the evening.

Rooms run from 50 to 60 square metres, sleep up to three guests and open onto a balcony facing the city or the sea. Nine of the suites measure 106 to 126 square metres, each with a bedroom, balcony and terrace. The Penthouse covers 195 square metres with its own terrace and direct access to the pool and The Roof, while the Royal Penthouse, a duplex with two bedrooms, a kitchenette and views over the marina and the F1 track, is close to twice its size. The spa has three treatment rooms, including one for couples, and uses Natura Bissé products. Guests arrive via King Abdulaziz International Airport, about 25 minutes away by car, or by boat directly into the Jeddah Yacht Club and Marina where the hotel stands.
