Bulgari Hotel Tokyo occupies floors 40 to 45 of the Tokyo Midtown Yaesu skyscraper, in Chuo-ku. The building stands within walking distance of the Imperial Palace and the shopping districts of Nihombashi and Ginza. JR Tokyo Station is reached directly from the Yaesu South Exit, and Kyobashi Station on the Ginza Line is three minutes on foot, with Nihonbashi Station six minutes away.

The hotel holds 98 Rooms and Suites, arranged across categories from Superior Rooms up to the Serpenti Suite and The Bvlgari Suite. Dining runs from Il Ristorante - Niko Romito, on the 40th floor, holder of a Michelin star for three consecutive years and seating 62 indoors with 34 more on its terrace, to Sushi Hōseki, an eight-seat omakase counter looking onto a small garden and offering 20 sake labels. On the 45th floor, The Bvlgari Bar opens onto two rooftop terraces, seating 47 inside and 62 outside, and The Bvlgari Lounge, one floor below, is built around a cast iron and granite fireplace.

The Bvlgari Spa covers 1,800 square metres on the 40th floor, with nine treatment rooms including a Spa Suite fitted with a hydro massage tub, and a 25-metre indoor pool set behind floor to ceiling glass. Augustinus Bader products are used in treatments. The adjoining Bvlgari Gymnasivm was developed with Technogym. The pool is open to children from age four; the spa and fitness centre are reserved for guests aged 16 and over.
