The result is a low-density layout of 190 rooms and villas set among gardens, with each category built around privacy and views rather than density.
Accommodation is arranged across five categories. Rooms look over gardens or the sea and each has a private terrace or balcony. Suites add separate living and sleeping areas, a sea-facing bathtub in some cases, and a balcony fitted with a sun bed. Villas go further still, with private pools, terrace dining and, in selected villas, a 24/7 Capella butler. The Mansion is described as the only estate of its kind in Hainan, with manicured grounds, an oversized pool and a gazebo, built for weddings and private events.
