Overview
Hotel Byblos stands on avenue Paul Signac in the centre of Saint-Tropez, a five-star property with 86 rooms and suites arranged around the hotel's gardens and pool. Rooms range from Classic and Deluxe doubles of 28 to 38 square metres to Duplex Suites of 50 to 60 square metres set over two floors, and the Suite du Roy, found in the hotel's "Hameau" or at its heart, between 50 and 55 square metres. Several categories include a terrace or balcony on request, and connecting rooms and a baby cot can be arranged throughout.
The hotel's dining runs from Il Giardino, an Italian restaurant, to the poolside B. Lounge and the rooftop Skybar, which looks over the Bay of Saint-Tropez. In summer, the Japanese restaurant Zuma takes up residence at the property. Wellness is built around the Byblos Spa by Sisley, redesigned by Marine Ugo, where a water journey called "Eaux Rêvées", with Turkish baths, sauna and waterfalls, precedes treatments. The hotel has worked with Sisley for more than 17 years, and a traditional Thai massage was added to the spa in 2025. Yoga sessions, day-long "Epic Journeys" retreats and sessions such as Reiki, breathwork and sound baths are also offered, and the spa's treatments, holistic sessions and yoga classes are open to people not staying at the hotel. Beyond the hotel itself, Les Caves du Roy is the long-running nightclub on site, and Byblos Beach in Ramatuelle gives guests a base on Pampelonne.
Hotel Byblos closes for winter and is scheduled to reopen on 22 April 2027, marking 60 years since the hotel and Les Caves du Roy first opened.
