Overview

Le Bristol Paris stands at 112 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, in the eighth arrondissement, and describes itself as authentically Parisian since 1925. It was the first hotel in France to receive the Palace accreditation, and its own materials present it as a symbol of Parisian chic, a grand house decorated in elegant Parisian style where guests are meant to feel at home rather than processed through a hotel.

Dining is anchored by four Michelin stars in total across its restaurants, led by Chef Arnaud Faye, Meilleur Ouvrier de France. The restaurant line-up includes Epicure, 114 Faubourg, Café Antonia, Le Jardin Français and Le Bar du Bristol, with afternoon tea and wine experiences also offered. Beneath the hotel, five in-house ateliers, a flour mill producing the Living Bread, a chocolate factory turning out roughly 3,000 pieces a week, a cheese ageing cellar, a wine cellar and the Il Pastificio pasta laboratory, supply the restaurants and the adjoining Épicerie des Ateliers du Bristol on rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré.

Rooms and suites are decorated individually in Parisian style, ranging from the 35 sqm Superior Room to suites such as the Suite Royale at 320 sqm, with views over the courtyard, the hotel garden or the rooftops of Paris. Spa Le Bristol by La Mer occupies the sixth floor, with eight treatment rooms including two duo suites, alongside a fitness centre and a private indoor rooftop pool reserved for hotel guests, with views over Montmartre, the Eiffel Tower and Sacré-Cœur.
