Overview
Lou Pinet stands five minutes from Place des Lices, in the residential district of Le Pinet, between the Citadel and the beaches of Ramatuelle and Tahiti. The hotel is part of the Maisons Pariente collection and operates seasonally, open from 13 May to 3 October 2026. Its bohemian reputation draws on associations with Françoise Sagan, Boris Vian, Picasso and Juliette Gréco, and the property still carries the southern architecture and tropical garden that drew them.
The hotel's 34 rooms and suites were designed by Charles Zana using linen, ceramics, rope and terracotta. Categories range from the Superior Room, which overlooks the garden, to the Prestige Terrace Suite, a first-floor space with a private entrance suited to groups travelling together. Deluxe and Prestige rooms open onto either the pool or an aromatic herb garden, and the Deluxe Junior Suite has a private terrace scented with orange and lemon trees. Every room includes Garnier Thiébaut cotton sateen sheets, a minibar with complimentary soft drinks, Diptyque amenities, a safe and free WiFi, with cleaning carried out twice daily, room service available around the clock, and bed configurations of queen, king or twin arranged on request as part of the hotel's 5-star service standard.
The hotel runs two restaurants. La Terrasse serves Mediterranean dishes through the day, from sea bass sashimi to prawn linguine, daily from 12.30pm to 7.30pm. Beefbar, open for dinner from 7.30pm, specialises in Black Angus Prime, Australian Wagyu and Japanese Kobe beef alongside dishes such as Bao Bun with Kobe beef and a Smash Burger. The bar runs indoors and onto a maritime-themed terrace with hanging crab cages, open daily from 10am to midnight. The Spa by Tata Harper sits in the hotel garden alongside a fitness room and hammam, next to a swimming pool among the largest in Saint-Tropez. Beyond the grounds, the hotel's team can arrange outings such as vineyard visits in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, fishing trips aboard a traditional pointu tropézien, and tours of local craft workshops including the Manufacture des tapis de Cogolin.
