Overview
The Majestic Hotel & Spa stands on Passeig de Gràcia, Barcelona's principal avenue, a block from Gaudí's La Pedrera (Casa Milà). The address, Paseo de Gracia 68-70, places guests within walking distance of Casa Batlló, the Sagrada Família and the city's main luxury boutiques, including Chanel, Bvlgari, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Hermès.
Restaurant SOLC, recognised by the Michelin Guide, draws much of its produce from the hotel's own farm in the Maresme, a few kilometres away near the Mediterranean coast, and completes its menu with fish from the Barcelona market and meat from local producers. On Sundays the SOLC Gourmet Brunch adds a wider buffet, a showcooking station and a children's area. On the roof, La Dolce Vitae restaurant and bar looks over the Sagrada Família, Casa Batlló and the Glòries Tower, with cocktails and a resident DJ in summer. El Bar del Majestic serves breakfast through to late drinks, with a pianist on several evenings.
Rooms and suites range from 20 sqm Deluxe doubles to the Majestic Royal Penthouse, a suite of up to 470 sqm with two or three bedrooms, a maxi bar, a private chauffeur and butler service. Five serviced apartments, from one bedroom to an eight-person duplex, occupy an independent building at number 69, opposite the hotel. Wellness facilities sit on two floors: a wellness area on floor -1 with a 12-metre heated pool and a 20 sqm hydromassage pool, open daily to guests, and a Spa & Treatments floor on the 10th floor with a hydrotherapy area, hammam and sauna. The Rossano Ferretti HairSpa is due to open on the premises in October 2026.
