Overview

Nobu Hotel Madrid occupies the corner of Alcalá and Cedaceros in central Madrid, with 50 rooms and suites spread across named categories, from Superior Room, Deluxe Room, Premium Room and Executive Room to Zen Suite, Hikari Suite, Yuhi Suite and Nobu Suite. Interiors combine warm wood tones, organic textiles, deep green accents and layered lighting, a design language that pairs Japanese minimalism with Spanish architecture. Each room is fitted with a Nobu signature bed, Nespresso coffee machine, BYREDO bath amenities, a rainfall shower and nightly turn-down service.

Dining is built around a tri-level Nobu restaurant designed by Studio Gronda, with a ground floor lounge, a first floor dining room and eight-seat sushi bar, and a lower level bar for later hours. The kitchen serves chef Nobu Matsuhisa's Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, including Black Cod Miso, Rock Shrimp Tempura and Yellowtail Sashimi, daily from 7pm to 1am. Nobu Bar runs separately, daily from 7pm to 2am, built around a vinyl soundtrack and a high-fidelity sound system. A seventh floor rooftop terrace opens daily from 5pm to 11pm for cocktails and light bites, while the Lobby Lounge serves coffee, light dining and drinks from 8am to 11pm. Guests can also order Nobu dishes through 24-hour in-room dining.

The wellness area includes a private treatment cabin, a relaxation pool and a quiet lounge with a chaise lounger for use between treatments. A separate fitness studio, equipped with Technogym machines, is open around the clock for guests.
