Overview
The Bodrum EDITION stands close to the bay on the western point of the Bodrum peninsula, three kilometres from Yalikavak Marina and a short drive from Bodrum Castle and the Bodrum Amphitheatre. The hotel holds 110 guest rooms, suites and villas, most looking over the Aegean Sea, with some rooms offering private pools, balconies or gardens. Rooms are finished with custom furnishings, stone floors and marble bathrooms, including deep soaking tubs, monsoon rain showerheads and Le Labo bath products.
KITCHEN by Osman Sezener has held a Michelin Star for three consecutive years as of 2026, serving Aegean and Anatolian dishes with produce drawn partly from the hotel's own gardens. The Trattoria is led by Michelin-starred chef Stefano Ciotti and serves Italian food, alongside live music, art and fashion events. Morena is a daylight beachside restaurant open from 11am to 6pm, and Inari Kujira turns the same kitchen into a Japanese-inspired dinner menu on a seasonal pop-up basis. DAHA, led by chef Mehmet Akdağ, focuses on Anatolian-inspired Turkish cooking and fire techniques, also seasonal. The Beach Club sits on the white sand beach beside the infinity pool, with cabanas and reserved beach beds, and hosts weekly beach parties.
The spa includes a salon, a Turkish Hammam and a fitness centre, open daily from 10am to 8pm, while the gym operates around the clock with a Pilates room, an Indoor Cycling Studio, a yoga terrace and SUP yoga sessions. For groups, the hotel offers more than 1,200 square metres of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, including meeting studios, a ballroom and a boardroom. A four-bedroom private villa, spread across three floors, has its own pool, sauna, a large kitchen and en suite facilities for each bedroom.
