Nepal & Bhutan

Nepal and Bhutan share the Himalaya and little else. Nepal is Kathmandu's temples, the lakeside calm of Pokhara and lodge to lodge walking in the Annapurna foothills with the peaks in view. Bhutan is a country that charges a daily fee to keep numbers low, where dzongs and monasteries sit above valleys of rice and the Tiger's Nest clings to its cliff. Both now have lodges of real quality. We arrange the permits, the mountain flights and the guides, and pair the two for a fortnight that few people have done.
