A 188-room hotel in Nishi-Gotanda, Shinagawa-ku, with floor-to-ceiling city views, tatami flooring, and a rooftop sky garden 60 metres above the street.
OMO5 Tokyo Gotanda stands in Nishi-Gotanda, Shinagawa-ku, on the JR Yamanote Line two stops from Shinagawa Station and three from Shibuya. The hotel is six minutes on foot from Gotanda Station, about one minute from Osaki-Hirokoji Station on the Tokyu Ikegami Line, and roughly thirteen minutes from the Osaki Station West Exit Bus Terminal. The building holds 188 rooms, with occupancy for one to six guests, and check-in runs from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM check-out.
Rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows facing Shinagawa, Meguro and Osaki, with tatami flooring throughout. A sky garden sits 60 metres above the street, with an open-air water feature, a cafe, and a small library area indoors. The hotel keeps a gym open 24 hours for guests, with free rental shoes, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Dogs are permitted in designated rooms, subject to vaccination and behaviour requirements set out in the hotel's pet room terms.
OMO Cafe & Bar serves breakfast between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM: two onigiri rice balls, chosen from ten toppings, supervised by what the hotel calls a five-star rice master, served with miso soup made using miso from Sakamoto Shoten, a maker founded in Higashi-Gotanda in 1923. An American breakfast is offered as an alternative. From 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM the same cafe serves a snack plate developed with Shinanoya, a long-running Gotanda chicken restaurant, alongside parfaits, sweets and light meals, with views over the surrounding wards. Staff called OMO Rangers point guests toward restaurants in a neighbourhood the hotel describes as home to more than 1,000 eating and drinking spots. Nearby points of interest include the Meguro River cherry blossom route, the 1.3km Togoshi Ginza Shopping Street with some 400 shops, the Yebisu Brewery Tokyo, and Shibuya's scramble intersection.
Eligible preferred amenities are applied wherever available, subject to the property at the time of stay, and are confirmed in your proposal.
Hotels above the city, sushi counters that seat eight, and a neighbourhood for every mood.
